If I am not staying at the hotel, can I use the outdoor swimming pool?
Yes, you can use the outdoor pool, subject to availability. Prior booking is required. June and July – 20€/pax during the week and 25€/pax on weekends. August – 25€/pax during the week and 30€ at the weekend
What are the restaurant hours?
Lunch : monday to saturday: 12:30am – 03:00pm | Sunday: 01:00pm – 03:00pm || Dinner: sunday to thursday : 07:30pm- 10:30pm | Friday and saturday : 07:30pm – 11:00pm.
Are there any smoking areas in the hotel?
Smoking is only allowed in balconies or terraces (smoking areas). The hotel has 2 floors of rooms for smokers.
Does the hotel have its own parking?
2 free parkings and a garage with a cost of 10 euros per day.
Can I leave my luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out?
Yes. All our hotels have room for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Is it possible to reserve parking in advance in order to guarantee it?
Yes, you can reserve a parking space in advance, always with a pre payment.
What is the SPA and pool schedule?
During the week from 07am until 10pm. At weekend from 08am until 10pm.
Can I use the spa services without being accommodated?
No, you have to be a guest to use the services of our spa and gym.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes. 2 pets are allowed per room with a maximum weight of 20kg. The cost is €35 per night, per pet. A deposit of €100.00 is charged to cover any damages that may occur to the room.

Yes. There are 7 multipurpose rooms.

Which activities can be booked in the reception?
City tours and car rental. Our employees are ready to help you in any situation.
Are activities for children available?
We don’t have any kids zone, just outside, in the pool area, a small slide.
Is there a babysitting service?
Yes, upon request and always subject to hotel availability.
How does the lost and found service work?
