The site www.meliabraga.com is owned by Hotti Braga Hotéis, S.A., henceforth called Meliá Braga Hotel Spa, corporate body no. 508 265 541 whose registered offices are at AV. DA LIBERDADE Nº 459, 2º, 4710 – 910 BRAGA and is intended for use by customers and anyone interested in the services provided by the enterprise.
Usage
The site is made available free of charge, for you to make reservations or any other type of contract with the Meliá Braga Hotel Spa, henceforth called just Hotel.
Using the site implies that the user accepts the present conditions as well as the obligation not to use any software or applications which may interfere with the normal operation of the site.
Contents and availability
All the elements contained on the site and information provided are the property of Hotti Braga Hotéis, S.A, of other companies which form part of its economic group or of the Hotels which form part of the chain in whose management Hotti Braga Hotéis, S.A is involved, therefore, unless written authorisation has been given by the above parties, the reproduction, alteration or use of any contents of this site for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Hotti Braga Hotéis, S.A does not guarantee that access to the site will be uninterrupted or free of faults arising from communication problems, maintenance needs or operating shortfalls which it cannot reasonably control or prevent or of which Hotti-Hotéis is unaware.

By developing and enabling the use of the Hotel website, Hotti Braga Hotéis, S.A wishes to guarantee a high-quality service for its customers and visitors to the site. Given the manner in which this website operates, by re-routing reservations to the hotel’s own website, no information whatsoever is gathered from the user, other than that which, for technical reasons, is intended to facilitate the use of the site, as described below.

a) The collection and maintenance of data through the website, as well as the terms and conditions of its use, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law, with both parties agreeing, in the exclusive interest of the Hotel, to elect the District Court of Braga as the competent and exclusive court to judge and decide any lawsuits, actions or judicial measures that may arise or result from the use of the website.
